Maxime Robert holds a law degree and a Master’s degree from the University of Ottawa. He also successfully completed a Master’s degree in tax law at the University of Sherbrooke.

His diversified training allowed him to develop significant expertise in corporate and tax restructuring. In fact, in his daily functions, he is often called on to advise SME managers about legal and tax matters, in Quebec and in Ontario. Additionally, he frequently collaborates with colleagues, whether notaries, lawyers or accountants, providing them with advice and tips on more complex legal and tax matters. Maxime is also called on to draft trust deeds and complex will trusts, which are adapted to the specific situation of each client. He also acts as a representative with the Canada Revenue Agency and the Quebec Revenue Agency in several cases where notices of assessment are being contested.
