As Founder and President, Dominic De Blois comes from a unique hockey and professional background. Born in a hockey market, his family and his upbringing have prepared him for a career in player representation. Giving him a 360 degree first hand understanding of the life of a professional athlete.

From the joys of winning the Stanley Cup in a hockey market to the life after the last game, Dominic’s experience comes from a player’s perspective, a student, a professional and a family member. His unique mix of legal training, negotiations and hockey sense serve him well in the evaluation, recruitment and day to day management of his clients.

In his capacity as an agent, he has tailored a way to communicate and understand elite hockey players. Helped guide families during the major junior and NHL drafts. Along with negotiating precedent setting contracts for players such as Thomas Chabot and David Savard.

With over 15 years of experience in the hockey industry, Dominic leads the firm and oversees all hockey operations, media, negotiations and player developement.
